A legacy would make a valuable contribution to Carisbrooke Priory.

Leave a gift in your will

A legacy would make a valuable contribution to Carisbrooke Priory.  It would increase financial security and enable long-term planning.

The Priory was originally the home of Dominican nuns and the building is a testimony to their love and generosity and continues to be a place for stillness and peace.

A Will ensures that after death, your money and property are received by those you care about.  Once bequests to your loved ones have been fulfilled, you might consider including a gift to the Priory.  Gifts to charities are free of inheritance tax so a gift to the Priory may have tax advantages for your estate.

We suggest that you consult an accredited solicitor, or legal advisor, to ensure that your wishes are recorded in a legally binding form.  If you have already made a Will your solicitor can add a codicil to include your gift to the Priory.

Thank you for considering this.

House of Prayer

You are invited to receive prayer for healing, with members of the Priory team.

Those seeking prayer may do so for themselves or on behalf of others.

Christian Healing

The Priory welcomes everyone and especially those looking for peace of mind.

Some may be searching for meaning and direction in their lives, while others are as much interested in helping as being helped.

Carisbooks

Our shop is open Tuesday to Friday, 10.00am to 4.00pm.

We stock a large selection of secondhand books, hand made cards, seasonal items, good quality second-hand goods.
